The time required for this groom ranges from 30 minutes up to 1.5 hours for larger dogs, long or thick coated dogs or dogs that may require a break.

This is a great choice for dogs that do not like the dryer or that will dry quickly on their walk home.

Puppy Introduction and/or Touch - up

This is perfect for babies first introduction to the salon.
It is super important to introduce your baby to grooming as soon as possible.
We recommend as soon as they are fully vaccinated.
The more familiar your baby is with the grooming process the easier and more ejoyable it will be for you, him/her and the groomer later in life.

Introduction to salon equipment and sounds
Cuddles
Playtime
Nail Clipping
Hygeine Clip (pads & groin)
Gentle Brush
Light trim around eyes and feet if needed
A verbal report of your babies behavior in the salon, plus tips and advice on how to improve his/her future experiences with grooming
NOTE: This service does not include a bath

These options are available to select when you book one of our grooming services.
Flea Rinse (this is mandatory if your dog has fleas) $10 inc GST
Sensitive Skin Treatment shampoo and conditioner $6 inc GST
Poodle feet on any breed to prevent grass seeds, muddy toes or purely for cosmetic reasons. This may incur an extra cost $6 inc GST on top of regular grooming prices depending on the extra time it requires.
Anal glands expelled (we only expel externally and recommend regular follow ups with your veterinarian for pets with ongoing issues) This has an extra cost of $6 inc GST.
Add some extra time to your appointment for excessive de-matting or de-shedding or if your dog has any behavioural or health issues that you think may require more time to be spent with him/her. Ticking one of these options will simply allocate extra time to your appointment so we do not run behind for our next client. This may incur an extra charge depending on the time needed. We generally work on approximately $15.00 per 10 minutes on top of the regular grooming time frames.
